We had to travel all the way from Uruguay each time we visited houses, so Didier helped us screen properties virtually, allowing us to focus on only to most likely places. He has a rare ability to grasp his client's priorities, sometimes even helping to resist the distraction of places that just aren't close enough to the dream.
Didier knows Costa Rica well, but he's also a home owner with extensive experience that proved invaluable to help us find the right place and to organize essential services once we arrived.
We absolutely love our new home, the neighborhood,the climate, and our new country. We hope to never move again, but If we do we will 100% turn to Didier to manage the process.
