The design and decor of the home is a blend of Costa Rica and Italian, the bedrooms and the main living room are air conditioned with individual thermostats. This newly constructed vacation rental house offers 2 bedrooms and 1 large bathroom and is the ideal spot for your next vacation and romantic getaway. No pets and no children are aloud. The house is located in the heart of beautiful Manuel Antonio city in a small development of lovely homes with restaurants, casinos, clubs, bars and discos all within a 5-10 minute walk. There's even a private wildlife refuge with reptile lagoons and butterfly gardens around the corner. You don’t need a rental car to visit Manuel Antonio National Park or enjoy the beach every day because the bus stop is just across the street but if you have a car there are two covered spots very secure as there is a security fence around with lockable gate.

The main area consists of spacious living room with wood furniture, dining table seats 4 people, and a nice sofa facing the TV, another flat screen TV is facing the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cooking pots and pans. There is a stove and a microwave. The pool has partial ocean view and lounge chairs with umbrellas. The pool area and the pool itself are lighted.

We have a management team, Coldwell Banker of Quepos, to greet you, to check you in, to answer your questions, to help with your tours and help with any questions you may have. The Concierge name is Cornelius Mesen. There is maid service included in the price. Private Chef Services are available to come to the house and prepare your meals for a reasonable price. The house has an ample supply of towels and linens including towels for the pool. There is a full sized washer and dryer on site. If you prefer, the maid will do your laundry for an added fee.
